- For sauce take some sesame oil and saute fine chopped garlic, onion and bell peppers. Then add chili flakes, tomato ketchup, and sliced shallots.
- Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add soy sauce, vinegar and half a teaspoon of honey, next add water and bring it to boil.

In one bowl mix some water n cornstarch to make a paste, add that cornstarch paste to the above mix. This will give nice consistency to the sauce.

- Once the sauce is done add tofu to it and mix well. The sauce should get coated on tofu nice and evenly.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seed.

Enjoy with white rice, noodles or with zoodles or cauliflower rice(If looking for Low Carb options).
