Garlic-Pepper Shrimps





Shrimp is a great source of protein as it has high protein and it is very low in carbs and fats. It is easy and quick to cook. So let's make some yummy dish using it and enjoy the health benefits tooπŸ˜‹

INGREDIENTS
  1. shrimps ( cooked, peeled, deveined, and tail on )
  2. garlic cloves
  3. butter
  4. black pepper
  5. chili flakes
  6. scallions 
  7. lemon
  8. salt

PROCEDURE

Step 1
     Fine chop garlic and scallions. 

Step 2
Melt 1tps of butter in a pan. Add Finely chopped garlic, saute for 1 min. Then add red chili flakes.
Step 3  
Add washed cooked shrimps and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.

  
Step 4
Add salt and black pepper and mix it well. Then add scallions(green onions). Turn off the heat and add 2tsp of fresh lemon juice. Cover with lid and let it set for 5 min.
