Garlic-Pepper Shrimps

INGREDIENTS
- shrimps ( cooked, peeled, deveined, and tail on )
- garlic cloves
- butter
- black pepper
- chili flakes
- scallions
- lemon
- salt
PROCEDURE
Step 1Fine chop garlic and scallions.
Step 2
Melt 1tps of butter in a pan. Add Finely chopped garlic, saute for 1 min. Then add red chili flakes.
Step 3

Add washed cooked shrimps and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.

Add salt and black pepper and mix it well. Then add scallions(green onions). Turn off the heat and add 2tsp of fresh lemon juice. Cover with lid and let it set for 5 min.
